Descripción
Manzanilla Cacereña offers oils that exhibit quite a bit of body, with herbaceous, spicy and bitter aromas in the medium-high range and aromas of other ripe fruits, especially sweet banana.
The olives are not touched by hand, from the tree to the olive mill. They are extracted at temperatures below 27º, which ensures the preservation of antioxidants and the non-destruction of the other organoleptic and chemical components.
