Presentation: 250 gram wedge
Cured cheese with 1% 100% natural Italian truffle, without oils or aromas.
The result of two years of testing, we have achieved a cheese that is completely balanced with the truffle in terms of flavour and aroma. A firm and compact cheese with a hard brown rind and well-defined, pleita. It has a buttery, soluble and somewhat adherent texture. It is a cheese made with truffles from Piedmont, Italy. Despite having tried truffles from other sources, the aroma and flavour were lost in the maturation process. With the Italian truffle we have achieved the optimal result and the excellence we were looking for.
Ingredients
Milk sheep, natural rennet, lactic ferments , salt and 1% truffle ( Tuber aestivum vitt ). Natural rind. May contain traces of egg. Origin of milk: Spain. Store in a cool place.
