DESCRIPTION:
A unique wine from the Rías Baixas DO, an Albariño that will surprise you.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: Pale gold with greenish hints that tend to become more intense with maturity.
Palate: Vibrant, agile and fresh. Smooth and juicy fruit flavour.
Nose: Extraordinarily intense, with very clear notes of citrus fruits and white fruit (pear, apple, white peach). Hints of white flowers.
Alcohol: 12.5% Vol.
Allergens: Contains sulfites

RECOMMENDED WITH:
Tapas and sausages, Iberian ham and Iberian sausages.

grilled, stewed, fried...
Cooked, grilled or sauced seafood: oysters, mussels,
clams, shrimp, crayfish, etc.
Seafood-style rice and pasta (paella, fideuá).
Sushi and other fish preparations.
All types of salads, including those based on fruit.
Cold, salty and vinaigrette tapas.
ELABORATION:
Harvest: Manual in small boxes.
Fermentation: 14 days in stainless steel tanks.
Routines: Low temperature fermentation (14-16 degrees) to promote the aromatic potential of the variety.
Aging: Part of the wine remained in tanks for several months with its fine lees; the rest remained in French and American oak barrels for 6 months, the two parts being combined afterwards.
WINERIES AND VINEYARDS
Location: Near the winery, in the Salnés Valley
Climate: Oceanic, with mild average temperatures and very high rainfall (more than 1,500 mm/year).
The 2022 vintage was distinguished by its rating as “VERY GOOD” After a dry and hot summer, the harvest began marked by rain, but in mid-September it normalized and ended as a “quiet” harvest with very high-quality fruit.
